Life After Loss

Have you experienced a big loss in your life, the loss of a cherished career or the loss of someone you love and have you struggled to rebound after that loss, your mission should you choose to accept it, is to follow the Life Ater Loss Process to find unconditional acceptance and create a vision for your life moving forward and take your first steps towards that vision.

   Loss

….of direction of the road ahead until the mists lift and the vision becomes clear.

Feel

….between fear and freedom, high and low until you’ll land safely on your feet.

Emptiness

….a new space to explore, embrace and to expand, looking ahead.

“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.” ― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Bettie Hubbeling

As I lived my life I encountered disappointments, losses, depression and stuckness for many years on end, I asked myself – what is my purpose ?

I have a Choice

I asked for help and found coaches. I took (trauma) coaching courses. I learned how it feels to embrace life. I found out I have a choice.

Allow to Receive

I allow myself to receive. I pay attention to my focus, how I feel, my emotions, to be able to make my best choice in every moment.

Vision

I wish others to feel free to make their own choice, get new insights and an own life vision. As a coach I can guide the route towards the first steps in the direction of that new vision.

 “Man is an Artist”

“- Man is an artist. We all have creative imagination.
Art liberates the human mind and imagination.
Art provokes the deepest arguments.
Promotes the freest judgements.”

Quote from “Man the Artist”
